Owen is known for an exceptionally strong HOP program built by award-winning teachers and scholars who are experts in organizational design, motivation, leadership, strategic human resource management, compensation, negotiation, teams, managing change, and business ethics.
The HOP concentration prepares students to implement business strategies and enhance individual and organizational performance. HOP grads are hired by consulting firms and corporate HR departments. HOP skills also provide a strong foundation for general managers and entrepreneurs who need to create and lead their organizations.
